　　产品用途

　　“白灵”902D型分油机碟片/滤器清洁剂是一种特殊的配方专门为分油机或滤器中的油垢和漆而设计，清洗时不需平时的刮刷，因这会损坏碟片而影响分油机的性能，现场的实验表明：用本品清洗的分油机其性能提高，清晰间隔时间延长。

　　使用方法

　　“白灵” 902D型分油机碟片/滤器清洁剂可以用以下使用方法：

　　1、清洗分离盘

　　如果预估没有漆的成份在分离盘上的话，在清洗时不用拆卸分离筒，除非内部十分脏污，如果污垢里面漆的成份比较多，那么在清洗时有时要用一块软布在分离盘上擦洗以获得更彻底的清洁，分离盘应完全浸没在本品里，用空气管子吹拂或用循环泵循环可以提高清洗的速度，清洗时间根据污染的程度来定，但一般来说，将分离盘浸泡过夜是必须的，浸泡以后，放光清洗剂以后，再用清水清洗。

　　2、清洗滤器及组件

　　清洗滤器及其组件的方法与上述清洗分离盘的方法一样。清洗前组件上的弹性件诸如O型圈和橡皮床垫应该从组件上拆卸下来。

　　安全和措施

　　避免本品与眼睛接触或与皮肤的长期接触。如与皮肤接触，马上用肥皂和清水进行冲洗，如与眼睛接触马上用清水冲洗至少15分钟，然后去看医生。

　　避免吸入其蒸气，不能饮用，如误服请不要催吐，马上饮大量的水再找医治。不能把本品给那些无意识的人饮用。

　　包装

　　一般为25L标准包装，桶不能回收重复使用

　　PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

　　“bailing”902D DISC/FIL TER CLEAN is composed of powerful surfactants and organic solvents.

　　PRODUCT USES

　　“bailing”902D DISC/FIL TER CLEAN is a fully active cleaner specifically formulated for the removal of oily residues and lacquers found in fuel oil and lub oil purifiers and filters. Cleaning is achieved without the need for scrubbing or brushing which can cause mechanical damage to discs and result in poor performance. Field tests have shown that after cleaning. Purifier performances is improved and time between cleans is extended.

　　PRODUCT APPLICATION

　　“bailing”902D DISC/FIL TER CLEAN can be applied as follows

　　1. Cleaning Purifier Discs

　　When no lacquer formation is expected then it is not necessary to dismantle the bowl unless it is severely soiled with soled deposits. When lacquer formation is expected rubbing of the residue with a cloth from the disks is may be required. The bowl should be fully immersed in a tank contin-ing “bailing”902D DISC/FIL TER CLEAN. Agitation must be provided by use of an air hose or circul-ating pump. Cleaning time will vary depending on the exact nature and thickness of deposit to be remove but overnight soaking is recommended. After soaking, drain and rinse with water.

　　2. Cleaning Fitter Elements

　　Te same procedure should be followed as for purifier discs. Any elastomers such as O-rings and seals should be removed before cleaning

　　BIODEGRADABILITY

　　The ingredients of “bailing”902D DISC/FIL TER CLEAN are fully biodegradable.

　　SAFETY AND HANDLING

　　Precautions should be tanken to avoid contact with eyes and prolonged or repeated contact with skin.

　　In case of contact with skin wash with soap and water.

　　For eyes, immediately flush with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes and obtain medical attention.

　　Avoid breathing vapour. Do not take internally if swallowed do not induce vomiting, give plenty of water to drink and call a doctor immediately.

　　N.B Do not give an unconscious person anything to drink.
