905型安全强力除垢除锈剂是含有渗透性的化学清洗剂，用于除去锅炉、柴油机、冷却水系统、冷凝器、造水机、蒸发器、热交换器、滤网器等的水垢、铁锈、水泥污物和石灰质。905型安全强力除垢除锈剂适用于钢、铁、铜和不锈钢材质。
905型安全强力除垢除锈剂通过不断的实验证明，系统内每增加0．1mm水垢，则多耗费10％的能源，所以905型安全强力除垢除锈剂是生产上节能、省钱的好帮手。

用法
适用于需要除垢之工件表面和管道，可选择内循环或浸泡法。
1．内循环法
(1)加入905型除垢除锈剂。(具体用量请参看用量说明)
(2)除垢用法
a．将905型溶液注入循环系统，让其运行6—24小时，视水垢厚度而定，若需要加快除垢速度，可将温度提高至最高60℃，当碳酸垢溶解时，二氧化碳气体释出，会产生泡沫，泡沫可用消泡剂消除。b．当除垢完成及再无气体释出，可将溶液排掉。为保证水垢完全清除，可再注入新溶液运行1小时后排掉。
2．浸泡法
(1)准备工作与内循环相同；
(2)容器应加设搅拌或外循环，使溶液流动以达到最佳效果。
用量：


    本产品含量为粉状产品的15%，用量比例取决于水垢范围的大小，通常溶液的PH值开始应不大于1，并能保持2小时不变；5小时后PH值不大于4，一般905型除垢除锈剂浓度在5％时，足够清除平均厚度为0．1MM的水垢，PH值在2小时内保持不变。
排放
清洗结束，排掉废液，反复进行水洗，中和钝化金属表面。
注意事项
因具酸性，请勿长时间接触皮肤。

Introduction

Through the uninterrupted experiments.it has been proved that if every 0.1mm water scale on the system is increased,the 10% of energy will be lost more.Therefore the agent is a good hand of saving energy and cost in the production.

Method
It's suitable for the surfaces and pipes of the workpieces method or soak method can be chosen. 1.Internal Caycle Method (1)Add Type 905 agent(the concrete dose,please see IV"Dosage" below) (2)Scale Removal A.Pour Type 905 solution into the internal cycle system,let it perform 6-24 hours,the time will be decided by the thickness of scale.if need to pick up the speed of removing the scale,can raise the temperature,but the highest is only 60℃.When the carbonic acid scale is dissoved the CO2 gas will be released and the foams also produced.They can be eliminated though the antifoamer. B.When the scale-removing job is completed and there's no gas released,the solution can be discharged.In order to conpletely eliminate the water scale,can again pour into the new solution and perform one hour,then discharge it. 2.Soak Method (1)The preparation is the same as that of the internal Cycie Method above (2)The stirring equipment or external cycle system should be added to the vessel to make the solution flow to gain the best efficiency
 Dosage
It’s concentration should be between 5-15%.For the iron-rust removal,should be between10-25%.The proportion of dosage will be decided by the size of scale scope.Ingeneral,The PH value of solution shouldn’t be large than 1 at Beginning and keep it for two hours without any change.After 5 hours,the PH value won’t be larger than 4.When its concentration is by 5% in general.it’s big enough to clean the water scale with average thickness of 0.1mm and the PH value will keep stability within 2 hours.
Discharge
Finish cleaning,discharge the waste liquid;wash with water repeatly and neutralize and passivate the metalsurface. Points for Attention Because there’s acid,don’t let it touch the skin for a long time please.
