白灵牌801循环冷却水处理剂


主要用途


 “白灵”循环冷却水水处理剂可以广泛应用于各种动力装置和热力设备的循环冷却水系统，如柴油机、汽油机、空气压缩机、汽轮机等；使用于船舶、坦克、舰艇、铁路机车、筑路和采矿机械、冶金热力装置、化工反应塔、石油钻井设备。轻工塑料模具、宾馆的空调设备等各种行业。


 也可应用于金属加工件的防锈，“以水剂带油”，节约能源和费用。本剂使用简便,只要在循环冷却水中投放规定数量的“白灵”处理剂，即可达到抑制金属腐蚀，防止生成水垢，消除大量水渣的优良性能。


技术效果


 在内燃烧机中，燃料燃烧时所放出来的热量约有30%-33%是要经过气缸、汽缸盖及活塞等部件散出的。随着高功率内燃机的广泛应用，对冷却水的处理提出了 更高的要求。如果冷却系统的工作状态不良，气缸的热量就不能很好的散发，造成受热部件的热负荷过高，这不仅影响功率的发挥，而且会使水的流动阻力增大或堵 塞，甚至使缸套、管系等发生严重腐蚀。同时，由于热负荷过高、使气缸上的润滑油膜被破坏，这样轻则导致磨损，重则造成咬缸。


 使用本产品后，能大大延长机组和设备的使用寿命，延长机组和设备的检修期和更新期，减少和降低因敲铲或酸洗水垢和铁锈所造成的经济损失和繁重劳动、从而达 到了提高受热部件的传热效率，延长生产周期、提高船舶、机车的营运率和工厂的生产率，可以节能、节水和节约维修费用，能使贵企业得到显著的经济效益而后社 会效益。


其性能有


 1、对铸铁、炭烧、铝合金及钢合金具有优良的防止腐蚀的作用。


 2、具有防止在受热面上生成水垢的优良性能、可以长期保持冷却水管系表面的清洁无污畅通无阻。


 3、具有防止形成水渣（泥渣）的优良性能，加入“白灵”处理剂后的水质透明、碧清、不会形成任何有害的沉积物。


 4、对水密封件没有损害作用。


 5、对老水垢有疏松和剥落的作用。


 6、安全可靠，使用方便，不需要增加特殊设备。

 PH值：9（1%水溶液）


使用和管理


1、用量：最佳添加浓度3,000-4,000PPm，即每一吨冷冰却水投药3-4kg，初次使用则每一吨加4.5㎏。


 2、浓度控制的检测：


        通常每周取样检测一次，如果发现机组冷却水有较多泄露，则需要每1-2天检测一次，以保证在有效浓度内。


 3、检测方法：


       （1）器具：50毫升刻度试管一只；黄铜勺一只


        （2）试剂：NO.1试剂一瓶（固体）；NO.2试剂一瓶（固体）


        （3）检测方法：用刻度试管取水样20毫升，加入NO.1试剂4勺，然后NO.2试剂一勺到试样中。若水样颜色不变红，或变红后 30秒内自行消失。则再加NO.2试剂，每次加一勺，直至水样颜色变红为止，并记下NO.2试剂所加的勺数，便可计算冷却水中“白灵”处理剂的浓度及所需 补充的添加剂量。


 4、投药计算


       根据NO.2试剂的消耗勺数，可用下表计算“白灵”处理剂的所需添加量。

产品包装及贮放


 1、产品包装：25kg塑料桶装。


 2、本产品应贮放在防火、防热、防潮、的地方，用好后应将桶盖盖紧（如潮解不影响使用效果）。


 3、本品不能食用。

It also applies to prevent stain of metal parts to save energy and cost. Technical performance


In the diesel 33%, of heat during burning is dismiss from cylinder, cap of cylinder and piston. With the wide use of high power diesel, it has high demand for cooling water treatment. If the work condition of cooling system is not good, the heat of cylinder cant't dismissed well which will cause the high load of heated part. This will not only affect the output of power but also increase the resistance of water flow, even severely erode the corrosion of pipeline, At the same time, for the reason of high heating load which damage the oil film on the surface of cylinder, this probably cause corrosion and the equipment will be in bad condition.


After using this product, it can greatly prolong the life of unit and equipments, and extend the inspection period, diminish and lower the economic cost and hard manpower, so as to improve the heat conduction efficiency, extend the production period. It can save energy, water reduce maintenance cost from which the company can benefit obvious economic and social benefit.

Usage and administration


1. quantity: the best adding concentration is 3000-4000PPm, that is, adding 3 to 4 kg 801 agent into each ton of cooling water, for the first time. adding 4.5kg of 801 agent into the water.


2. inspection of concentration control


Generally inspect one time each week. if the much leakage of water from cooling system is found, inspect every 1-2 day￡?keep it in valid period.


3. inspection method


(1) utensil: lpcs of scaled tube


(2) tesl dose: No.1dose one bottle(solid). No. 2 dose one bottle (solid)


(3) test method


sample 20 ml water with scaled tube.


Add four spoons of No.1dose. then add one spoon of No. 2 dose into sample water. If the color of water sample doesn't turn red, it will disappear after turning red within 30seconds, add No. 2 dose, one spoon each time. until the color turn red, and mark the number of No. 2. you can figure out the necessary quantity of Bailing.
