概述
本品为白色固体粉状物。含有碱性剂、防垢剂、除氧剂、分散剂、消泡剂、及催化剂等化学组份。
用途
可用于＜2.45MPa（25㎏/cm2）的柴油机船辅锅炉、废气锅炉及各种蒸汽锅炉。它有助于：防止结垢、防止腐蚀、防止汽水共腾；分散并悬浮沉淀物，便于进行排污除渣。
优点
只用一种产品，就能起到多功能作用。
每天只需“一次投药”
与水中的结垢成分作用，从而可以防止结垢。
与水中的溶解氧作用，从而可以防止氧腐蚀。
使沉淀物处于分散、悬浮状态，从而可以防止结成“二次水垢”。
具有抗泡沫作用，所以能防止汽水共腾。
化验炉水的方法可靠、快速、简单、利于操作管理。
锅炉给水的总硬度小于250毫升/升也无需进行给水的前处理。

PH值：9.5（1%水溶液）
使用及管理
初次使用的剂量为400g/t水
将所需投药量溶解于温水中，最好将溶液输入锅炉给水器中、也可以直接投放在疑水柜中。
锅炉必须按规定进行定期的排污除渣。
注意
给水的总硬度（CaCO3）应（250PPM）
化验方法
器具：50ml刻度玻璃瓶一只；滴瓶二只。
指示纸片：“P”碱度试纸片；“C”盐分试纸片。
试剂：
“P”碱度试剂一瓶（液体）
“C”盐分试剂一瓶（液体）。
操作方法
1、“P”碱度
用刻度玻璃瓶取锅炉水样20ml，加“P”碱度试纸一片，摇匀，水样变红色。然后将“P”碱度。
2、盐分
继化验“P”碱度的式样瓶中，加“C”盐分试纸一片，摇匀。然后用“C”试剂瓶滴加至水的颜色变为无色为止，并记下“C”试剂所加的滴数，即可计算出锅炉水的盐分。

802 Water Treatment Agent for Low Pressure Boiler
Brief
This product is in shape of solid, white powder, it has such ingredients as alkaline agent dirt-proof agent, deoxidant, disperser. bubble remover, and catalyst etc.
Application
It is applicable for the ship auxiliary boiler (pressure rating below 2.45Mpa(25KG/CM2]) and wasted gas boiler and all kinds of vapour boiler. It can help a lot in dirt-proof, corrosion- proof,dissolving and convenient to clean the dirt.
Advantages
Only using one product, it can achieve multiple functions. It only needs one time adding of agent each day.
It react with the dirt in the water to prevent dirt accumulating. It react with soluble oxygen in the water to prevent the oxygen corrosion.
It makes the sediment in a state of disperse and suspension, in order to prevent it from dirt accumulating for the second time.With the bubble proof characteristic, it can prevent the boiling of vapor and water together.
The manner of water inspection is reliable, fast. simple, and is convenient to manage.
The whole hardness of water boiler supplied is below 250mg/1 and not neccessary to pre-handling of fire.

Usage
For the first time. 400g/ water is available.
Put the agent into warm water, it is better to put it into the boiler water feeder.
The slag and ash of boiler should be removed periodically according to some stipulation.
Attention
The total hardness of feeding water (CaCO3) should be lower than 250PPM.
Method of assay:
Utensil: 1pcs 50ml scaled glass bottle. 2 pcs tuble dropper Indicating paper: "P" alkaline degree test paper. "C" salt content test paper.
Test dose: one bottle of "P" test dose (liquid), and one bottle of "C" salt content test dose (liquid)
Operation method
1. "P" alkaline degree
Take 20ml water sample with glass bottle, then put one pcs "P" alkaline degree test paper in the bottle, shake it, the water sample turn red. then drip "P" alkaline degree test dose from "P" bottle into the water sample, until the water become transparent, mark down the number of drips figure out the "P" alkaline degree of boiler water.
2. salt content
put one pcs of "C" in the "P" bottle, shake it then drip the dose into the "C" bottle, until the color of water turn orange, and mark the number of drips to calculcote the salt content of boiler water.
