803型高效节能燃油添加剂



白灵牌803高效节能燃油添加剂


用途


  1、“白灵”803型高效节能燃油添加剂不仅可用于中、小型的高速柴油机,而且可用于大功率低、中速柴油机(包括缸径为1050mm、行程为1800mm、额定功率为23552kw的踹游记)。同时也可用于锅炉、窑炉及各种加热炉的燃油中。


  2、它不仅适用于轻柴油、重柴油渣/重混合油,而且也适用IF180-240的国外低质燃料油(其运动粘度为180-240Mm2/s)和油渣中。


作用


  1、它具有特殊的燃烧催化剂,能促进和改善燃料的完全燃烧,从而提高燃油的燃烧效率。该催化剂不含有有机金属盐,没有灰份,所以不必忧虑由添加剂引起油泵和气缸的磨损等问题。


  2、具有降低燃料着火温度的作用,防止燃烧时产生积碳和减少游离碳的形成,从而可以减少了排气中的煤烟和降低烟度。


  3、具有抑制SO3的生成。能在燃烧中阻止SO2变成SO3,因为此减少了排气中的硫酸量,同时可减少排气系统及汽缸套等的酸腐蚀。


  4、具有抗油泥的聚合作用,可防止油渣的形成。优良的扩散剂和溶剂作用能提高燃油的稳定性。所以使燃油系统不易阻塞,可改善燃油的雾化质量,提高燃烧效率,节约油耗。


  5、促进过氧化物形成,增殖燃烧的“活性中心”自由基及其浓度,从而改善燃烧的雾化、蒸发、汽化并在空气形成品质优良的可燃混合气,缩短滞燃期,提高燃烧速度,减少后燃,以达到和提高了柴油机的效率和经济性。


效果


  1、评比试验


  经过实验室的燃烧速度、燃烧热值、燃烧残炭量、燃烧着火点及燃油裂解、氧化燃烧反应等试验的数据表明。白灵803燃油添加剂的主要技术指标已赶上和超过DREW、PEROLIN和MARITEC跨国化学公司的同类产品。


  2、柴油机台架试验


  本成果在616A-2型中柴油机和2135G高速柴油机上进行了台架试验,并由台架试验复测专家组进行考核和复测。实测证明,本燃油添加剂,对于改善燃烧、减少燃油消耗,降低排气温度等方面具有功效。由常用转速,不同负荷型时,2135G柴油机燃用20#重柴油平均油耗降低4046.48g/kw.h;6160A2型柴油机燃用重柴油/渣油(混合比7:3:)的混合油,其平均油耗降低9.02g/kw.h,排气温度可降低518℃。排气烟度减少30%左右。


  3、在远洋轮上的应用试验


  远洋的实船试验是在二艘15万吨级船舶上进行的。主机是MANKSBZ15/180,额定制动功率为23552KW,额定转速为106r/min。使用燃油是国产IF120、国外IF240。试验方法采用同船的实测功率比油耗。对比试验的国外添加剂是UNITOR公司的D.P.PVECOM公司的FOT,添加剂的加入量均为1/4000。经测试和解体检查,认为:从功率比油耗、排烟温度、烟色、油头、排气阀及缸壁的清洁状况、燃油沉淀柜、分油机工作情况等其效果是相等的。


  另外,在主机为RGW5L55GB的远洋船上,本燃油添加剂入量为1/4000,燃料为国外180mm2/S燃料油,经热工测试其平均节油率3.5%。

  密度:0.81g/ml。


  PH值:7.0


白灵803燃油添加剂经上海市卫生防疫站小白鼠口服急性毒性试验(LD50)测试验证,属基本无毒性。


添加量


  白灵803高效节能燃油添加剂与燃油量之比为1/2000/4000.量佳1/1000


添加方法


  1、比例泵法。


  2、先将添加剂按比例投放在空油柜(舱)中,然后进行驳(补)油,这样同样可以使添加剂均匀地混合在燃油中。


产品贮存


  本品属易燃品,所以必须将其存放在防火、防高温的阴凉通风处。


注意


  铁桶内不管添加剂用完与否,用后必须将桶盖盖紧。

Application
1 . Bailing 803FOA Effectual Energy-saving Fuel-oil Additive can be used not only in medium and small size diesel of medium and high speed, but also in high power diesel of low and medium speed (including diesel of 1050mm turbine diameter and 1800mm traveling distance with rating of
23552KW}. It can also used in fuel-oil of all kinds of boilers.


2. it can be used not only in the light diesel oil and the mixer of heavy diesel oil, but also in imported fuel-oil of IFI80-240 and slag fuel-oil.


Purpose
I. it has the special burning catalyst, which will improve the burning effect, thus, improve the efficiency of burning. This catalyst has no organic metal compound and ash content, so it is not necessary to worry about the problem of wear of oil pump and cylinder caused by adding of this additive.
2. it has the purpose of lower temperature of burning, prevent the formation of carbon, thus it can reduce the coal gas content of the exhausl gas.
3. it can restrain the formation of SO3, and prevent the SO2 from becoming SO3, thus it diminish the acid quantity of flue gas and the corrosion of exhaust system and cylinder of turbine.
4. it can prevent the forming of oil slag. It can improve the stability of fuel-oil. So it is not easy to block the fuel- oil system, and improve the mist quality, enhance the burning efficiency and save the oil consumption.
5. it can stimulate the forming of peroxide, so as to improve the good quality combustive mixer with air, by this way, it can increase the burning speed, so as to achieve and improve the power and economic ability of diesel.

this product is completed by test on 61 60A-2. and 2135G high speed diesel, and checked and re-inspected by expect on imprdving burning effect,reducing fuel-oil consumpfion,lowing the temperature of exhaust gas,When at onrmal rotation speed and diferent load the average oil
consumpfion for 200#heavy diesel oil of 2135G diesel reduces 4.41-6.48g/kw.h,the average oil consumption for mixed oil of 6160A-2 diesel diminish 9.02g/kw.The temp of exhaust gas decreases by 5-18℃ ,the smoke degree of exhaust gas decreases by 30% more or less.
3. applicable test on far sea vessel
The test in true vessel of far sea transportation is undertaken in two vessels which can Icad 150,000T. The main engine is MAN KSBZ105/1 80, the rated brake power is 23552kw and rated rotating speed is 106r/min. The fuel-oil is IFI20 made in China and IF 240 from abroad.
The method of test is to compare the oil consumption to the true power. The additive from abroad for compare is D.P.P from UNITOR and FaT from VECOM. The fccd quantity of ad-
ditive is the same as 1/4000. Through the test and examination it is concluded: the effect is the same. On the other hand, in the far sea ship which the main engine is RGW 51.
55GB. The feed quantity of our product is I/4OOO, the fuel oil is 180mm2/s from abroad, the average oil saving rate is 3.5% by thermal testing.

Quantity of additive
The ratio of Bailing 803 additive to fuel-oil is 1/2000/4000, the best for 1/1000.


Method of adding
1 . add with scaling pump..
2. firstly add the additive according to determined ratio in the empty oil tank, then charge the oil. By this way, the additive will be mixed with fuel-oil well-distributed.


Storage
This product belongs to easy-firing product. So it should be kept in shadow far from fire and high temp.


Attention
No matter the additive in one drum is used up or not, the drum should be covered tiahtlv after use.


Packing
It is packed with 20 liter iron drum.
