902B型空气冷却器清洁剂
主要特点
902B有极强溶解力，特为清除船舶空气冷却器及换气系统涡轮增压器的污垢而配制，有防锈性、速度快、省力、可用于运行中喷洗，或在停机时不拆下清洗，能去除重油油垢、积炭、稀释不易燃烧。产品在20~C比重1．12，刚值6．5-7。无色，本产品和德鲁ACC—9属同类产品。
产品用途
1、运行中清洗柴油机空气冷却器和换气系统；
2、可在停机不拆下清洗，采用手喷清洗法；
3、可用浸泡或清洗柜清洗含积炭的零件；
4、可清洗装重油、燃油的油舱、油池。
使用方法
一，运行中喷洗法：
1，将902B以25％水溶液喷入空气冷却器和涡轮增压的空气面；以10％水溶液喷入涡增压器的废气面；
2，将902B水溶液从投药缸中从上升气流喷入冷却器或涡轮增器约10分钟，再经过10分钟后，用等数量的淡水喷洗乳化后的斑渍；
3，用药比例和次数按空气冷动器的实际情况而定，一般初次以每24小时喷洗一次，以后按48小时喷洗一次，重复次数要视空气冷却器大小和积垢情况而定。
二，停机时不拆下手喷清洗法：
1、先拆开一个适当的空气槽的检查盖及冲洗阀；
2、用压力手提喷枪将902B纯原液喷淋冷却器蜷喉；
3、使902B药剂渗透斑渍至少1小时，然后用高压水枪冲洗松散的斑渍，经淡水冲洗后，即关上空气冷却
器检查盖及排水阀。
三、浸泡法：
此法用于硬质积炭零件，将零件浸入902B纯原液中，待斑渍破碎松散后，用水冲洗。
注意事项
用后需密封存放。
902B Cleanser for Air Equipment
Main characteristics
902B has the strong soluble ability, it is confectedespecially for cleaning the air cooler of ship and turbosupercharger of air exhauster system, and Is capable of dust-proof, high speed, energy saving, it can be used to clean the heavy oil dirt during operation. It is not easy to fire. The density of 902B is 1.12 at 20℃. PH value is 6.5-7.The product is of no color and same as ACC -9 produced by Germany.
Applications
1. it can clean the air cooler of idesel and exhauster system during operation.
2. it adopts the manual spraying cleaning when the machine is not operated. Dismemberment of machine is not necessary.
3.it can be used to clean the parts containing the accumulated carbon with soaking or cleaning capsule.
4.it can clear away the oil tank and oil pool full of heavy oil or fuel.
Usage
1. sprinkling method in the operation
1.1 sprinkle the water solution with 25%. of 902B to the air surface of air cooler and turbosupercharager. and sprinklethe water solution with 10% of 902B into dirty air surface.
1.2 sprinkle the water solution of 902B from agent vessel into the cooler or turbosupercharger for about 10 minutes.
1.3 the content of 902B and times are determined as per the real situation of air cooler, for the first time sprinkle one time each 24 hours, after whicdh sprinkle one time every 48 hours.
the repeating times is as per the condiUons of dirt.
2. Manual spraying when shutdown
2.1 dismount one proper inspection cap and washingvalve.
2.2 spray 902B to aTe cooler.
2.3 After one hour use high pressure water to wash the dirt.
Shut-off the inspection cap and the valve.
3. Soaking method
This method is available for the hard carbon accumulated part. Put the part into 902B liquid, and wash it after the hard dirt is loose.
