902C型电气设备清洁剂可在工作现场直接清洗电机等电气设备，清洗时不必完全拆卸电器，也可清洗正在运行的电器设备，使用902C型电器设备清洁剂可以延长设备使用寿命，预防设备故障，减少火灾危害，确保设备的正常运行。

用途


  电器设备：用于电动机、发动机、配电开关柜、变电设备、配电视设备、大型电磁门、切换开关、自控开关、电焊机、各种电动工具等设备的清洗。


  机械设备：主要用于机械设备及各种部件的油污、脱脂处理，如油压机械的汽缸、各种过滤器、齿轮箱、轴承、铁链机构，精密加工的焊接面及砂轮皮带的打磨面等机械设备和零部件的清洗。


使用方法


  1、电机：蒋电源断开后，用160#喷枪接0.4-0.6MPa的压缩空气，将铁粉、尘土、线头等杂物吹除（对带电刷的电机，如果电刷已损耗或火化较严重时，请及时更换或处理），然后用喷枪吸入902C型电器设备清洁剂进行喷洗，洗净后再用客气充分干燥，必要时候清向轴承部位加注润滑油等。


  2、小型电机：可不用拆开电机，直接浸泡于902C型电器设备清洁剂中，数分钟后捞出，用压缩空气吹干，由于润滑油和轴承油也同时被洗掉，清注入润滑油等。


  3、其他电器设备及机械设备：用压缩空气将铁粉、粉尘、尘土、碳粉等污物吹掉，再用902C型电器设备清洁剂洗，然后彻底风干。


  4、机械零部件，蒋拆卸下来的零部件浸泡于902C型电器设备清洁剂中片刻，然后捞出擦干或用压缩空气吹干。


  5、当用碰喷壶清洗时，应采用“皮老虎”或点吹风等配合风吹干和风干。


注意事项


  1、直流以及高压电机，异常发热或污垢极严重的电气设备，必须断电清洗，然后充分吹干。


  2、因902C型电器设备清洁剂具有溶剂味，使用环境应通风好。


  3、请不要使用于电子计算机，电子程控装置、数据处理设备等精密段电子装置和设备。


  4、使用时请远离货源。


  5、所使用压缩空气应不含水汽或经过干燥处理。


  6、用后需密封存放。


  7、贮存处应远离火源。

902C Cleanser for Electric Equipment 


This cheaner can be used directly to clean electromtors and other electric equipment in the working site. When clean, it's not necessary to remove all the apparatus. It can also wash
the electric equipment under operation.So it can prolong the sevice life, prevent troubles, reduce the fire disaster and ensure for equipment a normal performance to use Type 902C cleaner.

Method


1. Electromotor: After cutting off the power, blow off the iron powder, dust. stub and other sundries with the comperssed air from # 160spray gun connected to 0.4-0.6MPa compressor first, (To the motor with electric brush, please replace or repair the brush timely if it has been worn or its spark has been more seriousj.then spray and clean the motor with the spray gun which has sucked Type 902C cleaner.After washout, dry it fully with air. If necessary, please pour the lubricating oil to the position of the bearing.


2. Small-sized Electromotor:Can directly immerse it into Type 902C cleaner without removing the motor .and seize it from the liquid after several minutes.Dry it with compressed air.
Due to it that the lubricating oil and bearing oil have been simultaneously washed away.please add to the lubricating oil again.


3. Other Electric and Mechanic Equipment: Blow off the iron powder, dust. carbonic powder and other sundries with compressed air and wash them with Type 902C cleaner again, and then dry them thoroughly with air.


4. Mechanic Parts and Components: Put the parts and components removed from the equipment into type 902C liquid for a momenfand seize them from the liquid.then dry them with cloth or compressed air.


5. When clean them with Type 902C cleaner through a spray can,should adopt" Leather bellows" or electric wind to dry them.


Points for Attention


1. To the DC and high-voltage motors and the abnormal heating or seriously contaminative electric apparatuses, must cut off the power first.clean them then and dry them fully with air
at last.
2. Because of solvent type odour.the environment should be ventilated when use it.
3. Don't use it to clean electronic computers.electronic program control devices, data processing facilities and other precision electronic devices and equipment.
4. Please far away from the fire source when use it.
5. The compressed air used for operation shouldn't contain any steam or should be dried.
6. After using.necessary to seal it.
7. Storage: It shoule be far away from the fire source.
